Non-refundable deposit
Any fee paid for an Auto Corsa Group event (entry fee) or service incorporates a 20 percent non-refundable deposit. If an entrant chooses or needs to withdraw their entry or decides that the service is no longer required, then all monies paid will be refunded in full except for the 20 per cent non-refundable deposit.
This applies to transactions that occur both online via our website at www.autocorsa.com.au, any other third party payment websites or portals or in person through a direct credit or debit transaction.
Transfer of balance paid
At Auto Corsa Group, we’re happy to help clients or participants who wish to transfer the balance of a payment made for an Auto Corsa Group event or service of any type, to another Auto Corsa Group event or service provided by the Company.
For example, if you had paid for an entry in an Auto Corsa Group event and, due to special circumstances, you are no longer able to participate in the event; we will happy transfer monies paid towards the entry (not including the non-refundable deposit) to another Auto Corsa Group event or service.
Cancelled Event or Postponement
If an Auto Corsa Group event or service provided by the Company is postponed by the Company, due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances not in the Company’s control, entry fees (including the non-refundable deposit) will be rolled over to the rescheduled event.
If an Auto Corsa Group event or service provided by the Company is cancelled by the Company, due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances not in the Company’s control, entry fees (including the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.
